Tennessee SB0404 modifies the state's definition of unlawful images to include those created or modified using computer software, artificial intelligence, or other digital editing tools. The bill also considers images unlawful if they were photographed or recorded under circumstances where the parties agreed or understood that the image would remain private. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
