Tennessee SB0390 modifies Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 10-7-504, concerning comptroller survey records. It redefines survey records to include responses, data, identifying information, and communications received for surveys created by the comptroller. The comptroller is permitted to publish aggregate survey data and anonymized survey responses. This change does not apply to surveys conducted by the office of open records counsel. The act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
