Tennessee SB0373 amends acquisition of rights-of-way procedures for multi-county projects.

Tennessee SB0373 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 54 and Title 55, to require that if a project spans more than one county, the final right-of-way plans must be filed and recorded in each county where the project is located. This act takes effect upon becoming a law.
