SB0299 amends Tennessee's medical cannabis commission membership and reporting requirements.

SB0299 revises the composition of Tennessee's medical cannabis commission, requiring the governor to appoint three members, each from a different grand division. One member must be a patient diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition or a caregiver of such a patient. Another must be a subject matter expert on cannabis cultivation, processing, shipping, distribution, or prescription for medical use. The third member can be either of the above.
