Exempts sales tax on motor vehicles for Tennessee National Guard members up to $15,000.

The bill amends Tennessee Code to exempt sales tax on motor vehicles for members of the Tennessee National Guard. The exemption applies to the first $15,000 of the sales price and is limited to one vehicle per member within a five-year period. To qualify, the member must provide proof of their status and documentation from their unit certifying they are in good standing. The exemption takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies to purchases made on or after that date.
