Extends the time for healthcare providers to respond to certain requests from sixty to ninety days.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39; Title 40; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to healthcare providers. It changes the time frame for healthcare providers to respond to certain requests from within thirty (30) business days to within sixty (60) business days. This act takes effect July 1, 2025, the public welfare requiring it.
