This bill amends Tennessee Code to allow labeling of meat or meat products as "mRNA free" if the animals were not administered an mRNA vaccine. The definition of "mRNA vaccine or vaccine material" is provided as a substance that stimulates antibody production by introducing messenger ribonucleic acid corresponding to a viral protein. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
