It prohibits governmental entities from taking adverse actions against licenses for refusing to affirm statements contrary to religious beliefs or moral convictions, expressing such beliefs in professional contexts, or providing faith-based services under real estate brokers' rules. Additionally, it prohibits real estate brokers' organizations from requiring membership for full use of multiple-listing services.
