Establishes a hunger-free campus grant program for Tennessee higher education institutions to address food insecurity on campus.

The bill creates a hunger-free campus grant program to provide grants to higher education institutions in Tennessee for addressing food insecurity on their campuses. To be eligible, institutions must submit an application, have or establish a physical food pantry accessible to students, or partner with a food pantry in counties where they have campuses. Institutions must also establish a hunger task force with student members. Grant recipients can use funds for a student meal credit donation program, a meal voucher program, or financial assistance to a food pantry.
