Amends Tennessee law to suspend driving privileges of juvenile offenders for one year.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to mandate the suspension of driving privileges or the ability to obtain a driver's license for juvenile offenders for a period of one year. This suspension applies in addition to any other legal dispositions and follows the procedures outlined in Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 7. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025, and apply to offenses committed on or after that date.
