Amends Tennessee law to require municipal reimbursement to counties for ambulance services provided within municipal boundaries.

The bill amends Tennessee law to require municipal governing bodies to reimburse counties for ambulance services provided within municipal boundaries if the county, not the municipality, provides the service. The reimbursement is to be made in proportion to the municipality's population relative to the county's population, based on the most recent federal census. The reimbursement cannot exceed fifty percent of the total cost of providing the ambulance service. This change takes effect July 1, 2025.
