Amends Tennessee law to require local education agencies and public charter schools to provide free feminine hygiene products in all women's and girl's bathrooms and locker rooms regularly used by students in grades four through twelve. The state will reimburse these schools for the cost of the products. Additionally, the Department of Health will collaborate with other state agencies to create a public health campaign encouraging contributions of feminine hygiene products to eligible schools.
