This bill amends Tennessee Code to allow a winery and a manufacturer operating on overlapping premises to designate a shared area for product tastings and retail sales, provided the premises are contiguous, located on the same property, and share at least 51% common ownership. All alcoholic beverages and wine sold must be produced on-site. The bill takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
