Tennessee SB0096 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 38, Chapter 7, Part 2, relative to the Tennessee medical examiner advisory council. It deletes subdivision (50) from Section 4-29-246(a) and adds a new subdivision to Section 4-29-250(a) referencing the Tennessee medical examiner advisory council created by § 38-7-201. The act takes effect upon becoming a law.
