Amends Tennessee Code to include the Tennessee community resource board in the definition of community resource boards.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 41, Chapter 10 to include the Tennessee community resource board in the definition of community resource boards. The Tennessee community resource board is created by Section 41-10-105. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires.
