Amends Tennessee Code to update references to the local government planning advisory committee.
The bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 7 to update references to the local government planning advisory committee. It deletes an outdated subdivision and adds a new subdivision to reflect the current structure. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
