Tennessee SB0075 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 58, Chapter 2, to terminate the Interstate Earthquake Compact of 1988 and any state departments, commissions, boards, agencies, or councils created in 2031 by June 30, 2033. These entities may be continued, reestablished, or restructured according to the provisions of this act. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
