Tennessee SB0074 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2, by adding a new section that terminates the Interstate Corrections Compact and other state government entities created in 2031 by June 30, 2033. The Interstate Corrections Compact, established by § 41-23-102, is among the entities affected. Any terminated entity may be reestablished or restructured according to the provisions of this chapter. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
