Tennessee SB0034 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, to establish that knowingly giving, selling, lending, delivering, or otherwise transferring a firearm to a person who is prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm under state or federal law is a Class A misdemeanor. This change applies to transfers made on or after July 1, 2025.
