Prohibits state and local governments from enforcing policies from international organizations.
Amends Tennessee Code Annotated to prohibit any governmental entity from enforcing policies or guidelines from international policymaking organizations. Defines "governmental entity" to include state and local governments and educational institutions. Prohibits the adoption, enactment, implementation, enforcement, or attempt to enforce policies from international policymaking organizations unless authorized by state law. Takes effect upon becoming law.
