Kenneth Hollis Choate, Jr. is honored for his exemplary service to his country, his career in home building and development, and his dedication to his family. Born in Houston, Texas, Choate served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, earning the Bronze Star Medal. After his military service, he pursued a degree in veterinary science and later moved to Hawaii, where he built a successful career in home building and development. He was also a founding member of the Building Industry Association Construction Training Center of the Pacific.
