Tennessee recognizes the Barbara J. Mapp Aviary Education Center at Radnor Lake on its tenth anniversary.

The Barbara J. Mapp Aviary Education Center at Radnor Lake State Park, which houses non-releasable birds of prey, celebrates its tenth anniversary. The center, accessible via a boardwalk, provides educational opportunities for visitors to observe birds up close. The center houses a great horned owl, a red-tailed hawk, a vulture, a golden eagle, and three bald eagles, all in customized habitats. Radnor Lake staff receive training from Wings to Soar to ensure the highest care for the birds and quality programs for the public.
