Amends voting eligibility for municipal elections in White Bluff, Tennessee.

This bill amends the eligibility of voters for municipal elections in the town of White Bluff, Tennessee. It allows all qualified voters who reside within the town or own real property within the town to vote in municipal elections, provided they meet registration requirements. Non-resident real property owners must own at least half interest in property of at least 5,000 square feet. The act requires approval by a two-thirds vote of the town's legislative body and certification to the secretary of state.
