Tennessee HB2646 modifies the Williamson County Hospital's ability to sell or lease its properties. The bill allows the hospital to sell or lease any real or personal properties it owns or operates, but restricts the Board of Trustees from selling non-approval property without a proclamation by the presiding officer of the legislative body and certification to the secretary of state.
