Tennessee HB2628 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53, by adding a definition for "live vaccine" as a weakened form of a virus or bacteria intended for human use to stimulate antibody production and immunity. The bill also restricts the sale or offering for sale of any food that contains a live vaccine. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
