Allows individuals to sue federal agencies for injuries caused by federal immigration agents.

Tennessee HB2605 amends Tennessee Code to allow individuals who suffer injury, death, or property damage due to the negligent actions of federal immigration agents to file a lawsuit against the federal agency employing the agent. Successful claimants can recover compensatory damages and reasonable attorney's fees and costs. The claim must be filed within one year of the incident. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
