Amends Tennessee Code to establish a new attendance requirement for committee members.

Amends Tennessee Code to change the conditions for a member's failure to attend committee meetings. Specifically, it sets a new requirement that a member's failure to attend three consecutive meetings constitutes a failure to satisfy the attendance requirement. The presiding officer must then notify the appointing authority of this failure. This act becomes effective upon becoming law.
