Tennessee HB2568 amends election laws to allow candidates to challenge local election results and mandates investigations.

Tennessee HB2568 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2 and Title 49, to introduce a process for candidates to challenge local election results. A candidate may file a challenge if they believe errors were made in the administration of the election. Upon receiving a challenge, the county election commission must investigate within fifteen days. The state election commission then reviews the investigation's findings within twenty-one days.
