Tennessee HB2542 removes specific wage criteria for suitable work requirements in unemployment insurance.
Tennessee HB2542 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-7-303, by deleting subdivisions (i)-(iv) and removing the requirement that gross weekly wages for work must equal or exceed certain percentages of the claimant's average weekly wage.
