Amends Tennessee Code to modify arbitration and court proceedings related to customer dispute information in the Central Registration Depository.

The bill amends Tennessee Code to require written notice to the Department of Commerce and Insurance at least 60 days prior to filing to vacate, modify, or confirm an arbitration award or to obtain expungement of customer dispute information from the Central Registration Depository system. It also allows the commissioner to be named as a party in such proceedings and permits the commissioner to waive the requirement to name the department as a party.
