Tennessee HB2481 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Title 9, Title 16, and Title 40 to allow the district attorneys general conference to pay the licensing fees for software applications used by district attorney general offices within a judicial district. This applies regardless of whether the staff member using the application has a state-funded or other entity-funded position. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
