Amends Tennessee child support laws to extend support until a child graduates high school or turns 19.
This bill amends Tennessee child support laws to extend the obligation of child support until the child graduates from high school or reaches the age of 19, whichever occurs first. Support will not continue past the age of 19 unless the child is handicapped or disabled. The bill also specifies that support can end earlier if the child graduates or the class of which the child is a member graduates.
