The bill modifies the residency requirements for the City Administrator of South Pittsburg, Tennessee. It removes the necessity for the administrator to reside in the city at the time of appointment. Instead, within ninety days of starting work, the administrator must live within a fifty-mile radius of the city's municipal limits. The bill requires approval by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Mayor and Commissioners of South Pittsburg.
