Tennessee HB2421 requires the Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations (TACIR) to conduct a study on homelessness in the state and propose ways to address it. The study must be completed by January 31, 2027, and its findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation must be reported to relevant committee chairs and the legislative librarian. The study is intended to be conducted using TACIR's existing resources.
