Tennessee HB2388 amends education funding apportionment rules for counties with public virtual schools.

Tennessee HB2388 modifies Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5 and Title 49, Chapter 3, to change how education funding is apportioned in counties with local educational agencies (LEAs) that have established public virtual schools.
