Tennessee HB2359 amends definitions and penalties concerning vapor products in Tennessee Code. It redefines "consumable material" as a liquid nicotine solution or analogue for use in vapor products. It also redefines "vapor product" as a noncombustible product containing consumable material that employs a mechanical heating element, battery, electronic circuit, or is regulated under federal law. The bill modifies the penalty for violations to include a fine issued by the alcoholic beverage commission. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
