Amends Tennessee criminal code to add a new subdivision and reassign existing ones.
Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, relative to criminal offenses by adding a new subdivision (a)(1)(G) to Section 39-13-527 and redesignating the current subdivision and subsequent ones appropriately. This act takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies to offenses occurring on or after that date.
