Tennessee HB2327 amends state code to allow local education agencies and public charter schools to allow private pay providers to deliver services to students with autism or developmental delays during school hours. The bill requires local education agencies and public charter schools to provide accommodations for private pay providers, such as classroom access and appropriate space. The bill also requires local education agencies and public charter schools to not charge fees or impose conditions that may hinder or prevent private pay providers from accessing a student during the school day.
