The bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-4-116, to revise the notification and approval requirements for the acceptance of federal aid. It adds a new subdivision for federal formula grant program funds for transportation and modifies the existing subdivisions. The joint committee on ways and means must review and approve the acceptance of federal aid in amounts equal to or exceeding twenty-five million dollars.
