Tennessee HB2309 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 29 and Title 39, to include a mandatory fine for offenses occurring at houses of worship. The fine must be at least twice the amount of any property damage, loss, or cleaning and restoration expenses incurred by the house of worship. This act takes effect July 1, 2026.
