Tennessee HB2307 modifies various sections of Tennessee Code, including Titles 4, 5, 10, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 46, 50, 55, 56, 58, 62, 67, 68, and 71, to update the consent process for the disposition of human remains. Specifically, it allows for electronic consent in addition to written consent. This act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
