Tennessee HB2294 amends state law to ensure that governmental entities and prison contractors cannot prevent oversight personnel from entering correctional institutions housing aliens. These personnel include members of Congress, their designated employees, and state legislators with their designated employees. The bill also prohibits temporary modifications at these institutions that would alter what these oversight personnel observe. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
