Tennessee HB2266 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 55, to redefine vehicular homicide as a Class B felony when caused by driving at an extreme and excessive rate of speed, defined as more than twenty miles per hour over the posted speed limit. This act takes effect July 1, 2026.
