Amends Tennessee law to redefine aggravated cruelty to livestock animals.

The bill amends Tennessee law to redefine aggravated cruelty to livestock animals. It specifies that aggravated cruelty occurs when a person intentionally starves a livestock animal to death or engages in conduct that results in serious bodily injury or death to the animal, in a depraved and sadistic manner, without justifiable or lawful purpose. This change takes effect on July 1, 2026.
