Tennessee HB2247 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to education. The bill requires private schools participating in the Individualized Education Account (IEA) program to publish lesson plans, syllabus, and library materials online. It mandates annual administration of Tennessee comprehensive assessment program (TCAP) tests to students in grades K-11. Students in grades K-3 must also take Tennessee universal reading screeners.
