Tennessee HB2193 amends Title 71 of the Tennessee Code Annotated to prohibit the governor from making a decision to not enroll or disenroll the state from the Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer program. The bill allows the General Assembly to authorize the governor to opt out by joint resolution. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
