Establishes the Tennessee Agriculture Recovery and Investment in Family Farm (TARIFF) Relief Act to provide grants to family farmers affected by.

The Tennessee Agriculture Recovery and Investment in Family Farm (TARIFF) Relief Act creates a fund to provide grants to family farmers struggling with high input costs and market losses due to tariffs. The fund, known as the TARIFF relief fund, consists of grants, appropriations, and a transfer from the revenue fluctuation reserve. Grants of up to $10,000 are available to eligible family farmers. The fund is subject to examination and audit, and unexpended funds must be returned to the revenue fluctuation reserve.
