Establishes the Office of Resilience to coordinate climate resilience efforts across Tennessee.

The bill creates the Office of Resilience within the governor's office to coordinate climate resilience efforts across Tennessee. It establishes an inter-department resilience coordination team and a resilience task force to develop a statewide resilience plan. The plan must include resilience goals, department-specific recommendations, and a framework for resilience project development. The office will also track progress, identify policy barriers, and serve as a clearinghouse for resilience information.
