Amends Tennessee law to allow garagekeepers to store vehicles without written authorization if they attempt to get consent and notify the owner.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to allow a garagekeeper to store a motor vehicle without express written authorization if they make a good faith attempt to acquire consent and notify the owner by certified mail. If the owner does not respond within 30 days, the garagekeeper can enforce a lien. The bill also modifies the conditions under which a garagekeeper can store a vehicle for repairs and enforce a lien.
