Establishes the Tennessee Court Appearance Reminder Program to reduce missed court appearances.

The bill establishes the Tennessee Court Appearance Reminder Program, administered by the administrative office of the courts, to reduce missed court appearances. The program will automatically enroll defendants who provide a cellular telephone number or email address, sending reminders via text message or email. The reminders will include details such as the date, time, location, and consequences of nonappearance. The program aims to improve judicial efficiency, reduce warrants and arrests, and conserve resources.
